A man and woman were busted in connection to the murder and robbery of a Brooklyn man who was discovered hog-tied in his apartment, cops said.
Malcolm Holder, 46, was found face-down on the floor of his Crown Heights home on St. Marks Avenue around 10:40 a.m. Friday, with his hands and ankles tied together behind his back, police said.
Holder — who had a mental disability, according to CBS New York — was discovered by his caretaker, who called 911. EMS pronounced him dead on scene.
Amanda Sylvester, 35, and Sean Idlet, 49, were arrested three days later on Monday and charged with murder, robbery and burglary, police said.
Police did not know their exact relationship, or whether they were known to Holder.
Holder’s cause of death has not been announced and it is unclear what was stolen from the apartment.
